Punjab records 46 per cent voting till 3 pm

There are long queues of soldiers in Ferozepur. So far there has been very less voting in Amritsar than other cities.
The seventh phase of Lok Sabha Elections 2024 saw about 46 per cent voter turnout till 3 pm in Punjab. Gurdaspur is leading with 49.10%. Along with this, 41.74 percent in Amritsar, 47.14 percent in Anandpur Sahib, 48.95 percent in Bathinda, 45.16 percent in Faridkot, 45.55 percent in Fatehgarh Sahib, 48.55 percent in Ferozepur, 49.10 percent in Gurdaspur, Hoshiarpur. 44.65 percent, 45.66 percent in Jalandhar, 46.54 percent in Khadur Sahib, 43.82 percent in Ludhiana, 48.93 percent in Patiala and 46.84 percent in Sangrur. There are long queues of soldiers in Ferozepur. So far there has been very less voting in Amritsar than other cities.
