Jagjit Singh Dallewal’s Hunger Strike: 52 Days and 20 kg Weight Loss

Meanwhile, the hunger strike by 111 farmers at the Khanauri border in support of Dallewal has entered its second day.

Punjab farmer leader Jagjit Singh Dallewal has been on a fast unto death for 52 days, losing 20 kg in the process. Reports indicate that Dallewal’s weight was 86.95 kg when he began his hunger strike at the Khanauri border on November 26, and it has now dropped to 66.4 kg.

Meanwhile, the hunger strike by 111 farmers at the Khanauri border in support of Dallewal has entered its second day. Today, farmer Pritpal Singh’s condition suddenly worsened due to an epileptic seizure. He was treated by Dr. Swaman Singh’s team.
