Popular YouTuber and podcaster Ranveer Allahbadia, also known as BeerBiceps, shared a terrifying experience on Instagram, revealing that he nearly drowned while swimming in the open sea in Goa.
Ranveer and his girlfriend were swept away by an underwater current while enjoying a swim, and he struggled for several minutes before losing consciousness. In an Instagram post shared on Christmas Day, he recounted the incident, stating, "We're perfectly fine and well now. But yesterday at around 6:00 pm, my girlfriend and I had to be rescued from a bit of a situation."
The couple's ordeal took a lucky turn when a nearby family, which included an IPS officer and his IRS wife, noticed their distress and immediately rushed to their rescue, saving them from a potentially life-threatening situation.
