As excitement builds among Delhi fans for Diljit Dosanjh's upcoming Dil-Luminati Tour, kicking off in New Delhi on October 26, a surprising controversy has emerged surrounding the highly anticipated event. A law student from Delhi has issued a legal notice to the singer after being unable to secure a ticket, claiming malpractice in the ticketing process.

In a notable development, Riddhima Kapoor, a law student, has leveled serious accusations against the organizers of Diljit Dosanjh's Dil-Luminati Tour. She claims they violated consumer rights and reported suspected malpractices in the ticket sales process. Kapoor's allegations highlight concerns about transparency and fairness in how tickets are distributed for this highly anticipated concert.

Riddhima asserted that she acquired an HDFC credit card specifically to secure the early-bird passes. The notice states, "This abrupt and suspicious transaction raises significant concerns regarding potential manipulation and scalping practices. The sudden unavailability of tickets suggests that your organization may be artificially inflating demand and manipulating prices, which constitutes an unfair trade practice under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. The act of scalping and hoarding tickets with the intent to resell them at inflated prices constitutes a clear violation of consumer rights and is indicative of bad faith conduct." This was reported by the Free Press Journal.
