Actress Alaya F, known for her wit and charm, recently joined Connect Cine for an exclusive interview with Faridoon Shahryar. During the conversation, she shared her dream cast for a potential remake of her mother Pooja Bedi’s iconic film, Jo Jeeta Wohi Sikandar.
Alaya, visibly excited by the question, took a moment to think before making her picks. For Aamir Khan’s role (Sanju), she suggested Ishaan Khatter, Vedang Raina, or Agastya Nanda as strong contenders. Moving forward to her mother’s character, Devika, she felt that both Janhvi Kapoor and Sharvari would be great fits.
And in an interesting twist, Alaya confidently cast herself as Anjali, the role originally played by Ayesha Jhulka. The actress’ incredible choices prove her deep interest in and connection with the legacy of superhit film.
