He emphasized that these migrants are victims of circumstances, not criminals, and should have been treated with dignity and respect. Sukhbir Singh Badal has appealed to Prime Minister Narendra Modi to address this issue with the US government. He also called on the Chief Minister of Punjab to take action against the travel agents responsible for this situation.
