A report has been filed in the Punjab-Haryana High Court regarding the death of farmer Shubhkaran Singh, who was killed on the Khanuri border of Punjab-Haryana. The report states that the bullet that hit the farmer Shubkaran Singh was not fired by the police and security forces.
According to the report, Shubkaran Singh's death was caused by a bullet fired from a shotgun and the police do not use shotguns. The High Court said that the bullet may have fired from the side of the farmers and now it should be ascertained who had the shot gun in the crowd.
On the other hand, Jagjit Singh Dallewal, who is leading the farmers' movement, said that we have no hope of justice from the investigation conducted by the Haryana Police. He said that the investigation of this matter should be conducted by a retired judge of the High Court.
