Pakistan's Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi stated that Sikh pilgrims coming from America, Britain, and Canada can now apply online for religious pilgrimage and receive visas within 30 minutes at no cost.
He mentioned that this facility will be available not only to Sikh passport holders from America, Britain, and Canada, but also to Sikhs of Indian origin living in these countries.
Naqvi emphasized that providing better facilities to the Sikh community is a priority for his government. He noted that just as Saudi Arabia is a holy place for Muslims, Pakistan holds similar significance for the Sikh community.
