The Enforcement Directorate summoned Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on November 2 for questioning in the Delhi liquor policy scam.
Before answering the ED's questions, Kejriwal said the notice was illegal and politically motivated.
He said that this notice has been sent on the request of BJP and that they cannot campaign in four states.
He asked that the notice be withdrawn immediately, though he did not appear before the ED.
It may be mentioned that 'AAP' leader and former Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia has been in jail since February in the Delhi liquor policy scam.
Apart from Sisodia's arrest, the ED had also recently arrested Aam Aadmi Party's Rajya Sabha member Sanjay Singh.
