Canada has passed the halfway point in vaccinations.

Canada has passed the halfway point in full vaccinations for people who are over the age of 12 and up.

The country is also edging closer to hitting 80 per cent of eligible people at least partially vaccinated, with nearly 79 per cent of those over 12 now having received at least one dose.

Manitoba, at 58 per cent, leads the way on second doses given to eligible people.
